Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been packaged or shipped, a refund may be issued at our discretion by contacting nobullspirits@gmail.com and a ten percent (10%) restocking fee may be applied.
Damaged Items
While Whisk Nation takes every precaution to ensure your order is packaged properly and arrives safely. All orders are shipped in durable boxes and packaged with layers of foam cushioning to protect the bottles. Orders that include original packaging from the manufacturer or contain non-conventional shaped bottles may be packed differently, but securely in Whisk Nation sound business judgment. During times of extreme weather conditions, you are responsible for notifying Whisk Nation of any special request to hold and postpone your order.
We advise you to purchase low-cost shipping insurance (Route) at checkout to protect your package in case of damage. No refunds or replacements for damaged items.
3 Attempts Delivery Failure
If UPS attempts to deliver and fail 3 times because customer is not available to sign for package there are 2 options.
Option 1: Customer will incur a 25% restocking fee (not including the cost of shipping)
Option 2: Re-ship package but customer will incur a 10% Delivery Failure Fee plus shipping cost.
